When i first walked up to the hotel, i was a bit skeptical because it was slanted on a hill and my suitcases were heavy so it felt like it was going to roll downhill. But the moment we got inside Azalea. It was SOOO NICE! It smelled great! It was very clean. The staff immediately knew it was me because i was a late check in due to my flight and bus ride being delayed. The check in process was very quick. We got upstairs to our room and the rooms were immaculate! It was so clean and beautiful. We immediately went to breakfast because we were both hungry and the restaurant which serves the breakfast was on their rooftop. The VIEW was breathtaking! I dont have much negative things to say about Azalea, maybe be more clear about the Spa menu and how to book it, but they were overall very helpful and friendly staff! 10/10 i would most likely come back here again if i return to Sapa, and I will recommend this to anyone who needs a nice luxury place to stay at. Its within walkin distance of the Sun Plaza center and other shopping centers.

Beautiful President Suite, perfect except very sleepery tiles in the shower (suggestion to add an anti sleepery mat). Staffs were nice. Had only a bad experience with laundry servi1¹

All staff were super helpful with all our requests when we had checked out and had a long wait for our bus, particularly Maria and Nhi. Property is super modern, rooms are clean and comfortable, and a lovely breakfast! Location is very central, we loves this hotel and would return if visiting Sapa.

Booked the hotel because of the location and it did not disappoint. Located in the Sa Pa centre but ideally away from the bustling area. Within 5min walk to the centre. Room was well maintained and clean. Staff have been extremely nice and polite. Very fluent in English, much to our surprise given that many locals in the area arent. Would definitely go to the same hotel if returning to Sa Pa.

Not good experiences in Sapa.

Not good experiences in Sapa. Not clean coffee cup in the room. Not good condition and bad quality restaurant. I can never believe the Review's Grade. Why this hotel review's grade 9 plus? And they insisted the money exchanger rate 26,500VND per dollar only when I pay and this hotel requires an additional fee for card payment.
