Room was well appointed but tired and needed a good clean but the bedding and towels were spotless though. Location is great and it was good to have secure parking available. Lots of sets of steps which made getting luggage to the room quite difficult and the entryways to rooms are not very inviting.

We had a great stay. Position of the unit was awesome and it was lovely and clean. The hot water in the ensuite needs looking at as it makes a massive noise when attempting th=to use it. Otherwise a great place to stay,

Not happy there was nowhere to put soap, shampoo etc in shower. Noise echoes really loudly through stairwell, and other apartments. Otherwise quite well appointed. Fridge needs looking at as it makes really loud noises off and on.

The apartment I stayed in was wonderful very clean very open very comfortable I’d stay here again the suburb was rlly good close to the beach, shops and many restaurants. The staff and other hotel guests were very friendly and kind, free parking too which was awesome

There is no lift if you are on the top floor very inconvenient Shower over bath in both bathrooms or key to the garage did not work even after having it changed. The apartment was not the one advertised on the web site. Bed was average Location was great not far from restaurants and the beach We had no view from our room also next door building was happening so early morning noise Foxtel yes Internet yes

We liked the location, Quiet, relaxed atmosphere, close to beach and shops. Stairwells without lifts could be difficult for some guests , but staff eagerly helped with carrying baggage to rooms. We would stay here again

Relaxing stay

Great stay. Very close to the beach. Had a good beach view from our room (11). Apartment was older style (not renovated) but still very clean and comfortable. Nice pool/spa and bbq area. Close to all shops needed including Woolworths.

The room access was always a mission from the carpark with 4 flights of stairs to navigate. The room itself was comfortable. Not once was anyone at Reception, it was always unattended. Wouldnt stay here again due to the 4 levels of stairs!!

Coffee machine provided, but no coffee pods. Iron provided, no ironing board. Only 2 satchels of dishwasher powder. Access to the second bathroom was not allowed, which was inconvenient for visitors. No bathroom accessories such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash was not included. No extra towels and no face washers were included. Apart from that, we really enjoyed our stay. It was just the small details that let the property down. Comfy bed, clean sheets and a lovely space to relax and enjoy the area. 4 stars overall.
