We hired out room 3006 (private accommodation), would never do again - didn't realise that you don't go through the hotel. Took 1/2 just to check in as had to wait for the owner when I rang I was there at 2pm for check in. I felt odd having the owner walk me up to the room to sign in, then come back and say he'll come up again in 1/2hr.. I felt like he was watching us. The apartment was disgusting. We advised the owner via text with photos of the issues. He did come back to do two things whilst we went out (list was much longer). We ended up buying our own cleaning sprays just to take a shower/bath and use a toilet as wasn't good enough. Then he took $155 for cleaning from us!! Room didn't look like it was vacuumed, the amount of dust build up to skirtings, bedheads, shelving, plants wasn't good... mould to showers, aircon in master bedroom full of mould - could not use due to asthma, fridge dirty, cupboards in kitchen with food spilled marks down them.. Never book private again, don't know why Wotif allows it for the hotel. The pool amenities of the hotel were good.

The pool area was absolutely fantastic and had a café & restaurant on site as well which was brilliant. So close to everything, highly recommend this. The apartment itself was huge and had everything we needed. It was just a bit tired and not 100% clean like the windows were really dirty and it needed a dust but bathrooms and beds were spotless which is the main thing.

The Resort was great and in a fantastic location. The room itself was a great size, unfortunately there were some issues that let us down. A toilet was leaking on the floor on the ensuite, the cold tap in the main bathroom could not been turned off. A bedroom had no air con and the windows were screwed shut so could not be opened - the heat was terrible in that room and I could not sleep in there I chose to sleep on the couch. Another bedroom had an air cond which did not work properly and the windows in that room were also screwed closed so could not be opened. My children were uncomfortable and did not sleep well due to the heat. The apartment needed a good clean. I do not generally review properties and am sorry for this negative review.

The property was in very poor condition , stained carpets, flooring in the kitchen terrible, food still stuck to the floor. Fridge uncleaned. Un vacumned on arrival , vacum bag so full it was almost bursting.. couldnt find air con remote looked under the couches.. old cutlery & shot glass. Which just got a laugh from the consultant. There is a cleaning fee on this apartment but they state theres a vacum at the apartment to use on departure. Have emailed them and given the a week to reply before posting this. But no response.

Good location and amenities are good with great pool. The apartment was spacious with a full kitchen. Has 2 restaurants (thai and another). At this time the second restaurant was being renovated. The hotel is a street back from the beach and we were facing north East - so it was an awesome view. Oh and there is a tram stop right out side as well which is handy.

Amenities at the property were great for the kids, our appartment was disappointing. Curtains did not cover the windows and no aircon in bedroom 2 ans 3. Appartment was dated and needs a revamp.

Great view but not so great overall

View and size of apartment was fabulous, apartment needed a very thorough clean. Such a shame as this place could have been great. Check-in was not great, we rang and left a message 25 minutes before arrival and waited over an hour after we arrived.
