This was a great apartment to stay at for 3 nights. Great location, great views and large apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The spa in the ensuite was an added bonus.

For the sub penthouse I thought it was very basic furnishings. Cushions on the couch were cheap. The walls could do with a wipe over as they were quite dirty in spots. I actually wiped over a couple of areas in my down time as I couldn’t stand looking at the marks. There was no coffee machine which I actually feel is standard in most places these days.

Had to collect keys from broadbeach. This was not stated in their listing so you only find out it is being let by a third party after you book. Wotif should rectify this.
The apartment was spacious, airy, clean and well equipped.
The location was perfect, close to shops (in particular a supermarket right at the bottom of the elevator), the beach, restaurants and public transport.
The facilities were great, has swimming pools, a hot tub, sauna, gym and under ground parking.
The apartment was filthy dirty and shockingly dilapidated. The couch looked like was picked up from a road side. The carpet was the filthiest I HAVE EVER SEEN! I have stayed in the same building ( Mantra) so when I saw the apartment i was familiar with the location convenience but nothing prepared me for the apartment!
We demanded an immediate refund from the rude agent, stuck with two small kids late night hunting for a hotel to stay was not in how you we imagined to start our holiday! We found a great branded hotel and cheaper too!! Lesson learnt!

EXCELLENT LOCATION
The location is perfect! We were only given one key (previous guest had not returned their keys). This caused difficulty with co-ordinating the 5 of us coming and going. This apartment needs some little things to make it great. Dishwashing detergent & dishwasher powder, a dish cloth to wash up with (only a tea towel was provided), a scrubbing brush, scissors for the kitchen, egg lifter.....like I said, really simple things but it is the simple things that make the experience that much better
THIS PROPERTY IS INCREDIBLY CENTRAL TO EVERYTHING, TRAMS, SHOPS, SUPERMARKET, SURFERS CENTRAL. PERFECT FOR ANY FAMILY WITH THE LAYOUT. BEAUTIFUL VIEWS AND RESTAURANTS JUST DOWNSTAIRS TOO. A SHORT WALK TO ANYTHING.
THE BATHROOM SHOWERS WERE A BIT DISAPPOINTING WITH THE HYGIENE ON THE SHOWER FLOORS. ONE BEDROOM CLANGED WITH THE BLINDS FROM THE AIRCOND THAT WAS FIXED WITH A CUSHION OR 2 AGAINST IT.
OTHER THAN THAT AN AMAZING PLACE TO STAY.
The apartment was fantastic - heaps of room and had everything we needed - very clean and modern. We are a family of four so space is great on holidays. Easy access to cafes, transport etc.
Carparking a little stressful given other guests had used the allocated space. No wifi which bothered the children.
Overall a good place to stay.
The good. Easy access to and from the unit to cavil ave Big Levin area and bedrooms. We had over hight van so we used and payed for outside parking only $20 all day. The bad . Traffic noise when using balcony. Expensive. Overall nice stay

Poor hygiene, no wifi, had to pick up the key from the office instead of the property.
you promised free wifi internet in the package, but it is not working. I reported the problem to the agent but I was told that the problem has been reported and it could take up to a week for a technician to attend the problem (I will be gone by then). It is miserable to have no internet in today’s world, especially when you are on holidays as you rely heavily on internet connection to stay in touch with friends and family.
I demand partial refund on the fee I paid as you have not provided and fulfilled the services you have promised, to certain degree, it is a breach of legal commercial agreement.
Awesome views! Great location, so close to shops and restaurants. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Perfect for family trip. Great facilities, nice pool and gym! Our kids loved here! Well definitely come back!
