Perfect Family Apartment
Our Apartment was exactly what we needed. This was easily the best accommodation we had over our entire 17 day holiday. Facilities were great, specified parking very useful, and the pool was well used :-)

Little Hideaway
Great apartment far enough away from the hustle bustle of Cavill Ave but still close enough to walk to all the action. Apartment was spacious enough for family of 5 and clean as was the entire complex. Excellent pool, hot spa and bbq area. Free underground parking in locked garage and good free wifi. 7Eleven 100m up the road was handy. Fantastic inexpensive 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment for a family holiday.

Had a wonderful stay manager and staff were very friendly. Amenities were great. will come back and stay again soon

Minor issue, TV remote doesn't work for our room. Lady at reception was fully aware. Her reply was "not replacing a whole tv over faulty remote, use buttons on side" (her manner or approach was carefree attitude). TV was like 65' LCD, but deterred to use it dor much.
She claimed in the past, changed batteries various times and still not working. IF Foxtel was an offering, would know nothing about it in 7days. Felt to deterred to even play around with channels. Just kept channel 7, operated on/off switch for tv access.

The overall stay was average... make sure you read the fine print before you book this place (I didn't!).
- Location - ok.. not too close to the beach as it says but there is restaurants, supermarkets 10 min walking.
- Service - was ok... I barely see anyone apart from the time I got the keys anyway.
- Apartment - we stay on the ground floor. very noisy and windows don't have enough privacy. ah! if you are a tall person watch your head walking around the apartment.
- THERE IS NO AIR-CON apart from a small one in the living room, the bedrooms have fans. We had mild temperature with raining days during our stay... hotter than that you will melt inside.
- Supplies: if you are staying for more than 3 days and have more than 2 people you have to buy toilet paper.
- Pool - nice but need maintenance... not really kids friendly. My son cut his legs twice on the first day from broken tiles and slippery floor.
For the price we paid you can definitely find something better
Very tired and dated rooms. Water pressure on shower was terrible. Not made clear enough beforehand that all consumables (toilet paper, soaps, detergents, shampoo and conditioner, etc.) other than the minimum supplied when you arrive are your responsibility and do not get replenished. Servicing only happens if you stay 8 nights or longer. The owner was pleasant enough though. Note for disabled persons - there is no disabled access that we could see (to third floor anyway, which our room was on).
The place was clean and there was more than enough space for the 4 for us. We also love that there was 2 toilets and a washer and dryer plus a drying rack. TV has a wide range of channels. Kitchen was sufficiently stocked.
The apartment is located in a rather convenient area, 10minutes from supermarket Coles, an asian mart, several eateries and cafes, and right next to a petrol station.
