Apesar da porta abrir com cartão, estava quebrada e só abria com chave. Na hora do check in a funcionaria informou que não tinha apartamento disponível e já era 13:40 e que as funcionárias da limpeza estavam em horário de almoço, aí perguntei se o chek out seria prorrogado se eu não entrasse no apartamento às 14 horas e fui informado que não. Fiquei muitas vezes nesse hotel, más só fico novamente se não tiver outro.

O hotel é muito bem localizado . O atendimento dos funcionários é ruim, com exceção da governanta , que é bem educada e preocupada. Mas , o pessoal da recepção tem má vontade demais. Os quartos não são limpos diariamente … e a limpeza quando ê feita quase não se nota … fiquei uma semana e as toalhas foram trocadas uma vez . O banheiro é bem sujo e fétido. A pia do banheiro estava vazando e o ralo do banheiro meio entupido . A porta do banheiro não tinha fechadura… tinha q ficar aberta. O valor das diárias é interessante pela localização e segurança … mas tem muitos contratempos …
