Na verdade não é um hotel e sim uma boa pousada. Tudo novo. Uma boa rouparia. Não existe elevadores e isso precisa ser informado, pois um lance de escada não é viável pra PCD. Café da manhã bom. O box do banheiro estava sem saboneteira.

Deixou muito a desejar

Viajamos para Goiânia eu, minha esposa e meu filho de 10 anos. Reservei um quarto triplo. Chegando para o check-in, a atendente disse que só havia disponibilidade de um quarto duplo para aquela noite, pois teria havido um problema no sistema, mas que nas outras duas diárias iria nos transferir para um triplo. Disse ainda que a criança estava como cortesia e por isso não teria colocado em um triplo. Mas a reserva foi para um quarto triplo. Pedi um colchão, e ela disse que não tinha. Dormimos os 3 juntos em uma cama de casal pequena, foi uma noite muito desconfortável. No outro dia fomos transferidos para um triplo. Mas a falta de cuidado continuou. A noite abri o frigobar para pegar uma água, só havia um refrigerante, uma cerveja e dois sucos. Não se preocupam em conferir se está abastecido. No outro dia acordamos e saímos cedo. Quando voltamos a noite para dormir, o quarto não tinha sido arrumado, nem toalhas trocadas e ficamos inclusive sem papel higiênico. No café da manhã, as mesas não são limpas quando um cliente sai, ficam sujas por muito tempo e a reposição dos alimentos demora absurdamente. O que sentimos é que o hotel está carente de colaboradores. As recepcionistas não dão nem bom dia. Nem olham na sua cara. Não te orientam no check-in e nem perguntam como foi a sua estadia no check-out. Um total desinteresse. Se quiserem prosperar precisam melhorar muito!!!

Estadia boa, tirando o stress na chegada que nos acomodaram em um quarto diferente do qual tinha reservado. Corrigiram depois de eu reclamar no Expedia.
