"Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett bequem. Allerdings konnte das Zimmer nicht abgedunkelt werden und direkt vom dem Zimmer ist eine Straßenlaterne, die die ganze Nacht geleuchtet hat. Mobile Key und Check-in am Terminal haben nicht funktioniert, telefonisch hat eine Mitarbeiterin aber sehr schnell geholfen. Für Fahrradfahrer wäre ein Fahrradständer direkt beim Hotel sehr wertvoll. "I travel a lot and it's not often a place exceeds my expectations at every turn. From the hotel staff, to the room, the amenities (pool and sauna, lovely balconies, delicious breakfast, bus passes, and more) and beyond this was an amazing stay. You will not be disappointed in any aspect of your stay. I didn't want to leave and while i was initially worried that it was a short walk into town it was ideal to be away from the main street while still having it close enough for easy access when needed. I 100% recommend this hotel!"

"We have stayed in a few B&B hotels and they usually do not disappoint. St Gallen hotel was a challenge to find due to how new it is but we arrived and were able to check straight in with the welcoming, friendly lady on reception. Covered parking for the motorcycle is always a bonus, great room, clean, comfy bed, nice pillows, near train station as they usually are. Nothing to dislike especially for the cost, great value for money hotels."

"Perfect location right next to the train station, the casino and the waterfront. The rooms were as pictured and the hotel staff was courteous and helpful. We were a week before high season so they didn't yet have full restaurant service, but the bar was fine for coffee, drinks and snacks. We'd definitely stay here again. "
