We visited the region as a family. The apart-hotel is clean and the furnishing is quite new. The self check-in was smooth and the facilities were as promised in the description. There's a nice Gym. Couple of floors are under construction. We'll probably stay here again, if visiting the region.

We loved this place! It was remodeled, very clean and modern, at least in the apartment. The bistro area was a little dirty, but we didn't stay and eat there. What I loved about the place: how quiet and safe the area was; how easy check-in was. I was worried about how to check in since there is no front desk on site. But there is a screen that you check in on, and that issues your keys. We loved the sauna, with the amazing views; there was a nice fitness center on site too. Lidl was a 2- minute drive. Really perfect!

Great place! Just few nuances. Otherwise great!

The apt is amazing. Bright and has two big comfortable beds. Kitchen is nice. Would be great to have an actual knife:-) Also spoons were a bit dirty, coffee machine doesn’t work. We tried but something wasn’t right. Maybe we just don’t know how to use it:-) And there is no dishwasher soap. The one we had is just for regular dishwashing.

Cozy but still needs some improvements

Self check-in machine was out of order during check-in. But telephone support worked. Pool and sauna were not available. Room was cozy and quite comfortable but not as clean as expected.

Pros- beds were comfortable, it was quiet, full kitchen was great, self check-in went smoothly. Cons- some overlooked areas in cleaning- smears of something on walls and picture frames, a dirty cooking pot, etc. The main problem was the shower. While it looked very nice, it was poorly designed. All of the water ran to the end of the shower and out into the bathroom instead of to the drain. Even after a very short shower the water had flooded the bathroom almost to the door. We had to use all of the towels to mop and push the water back towards the shower, leaving us with no towels and no way to get more since there isn't a front desk or anyone to contact. Overall- it was a very nice place. Someone obviously put a lot of money into it, but some details need to be addressed before it can be great. There needs to be a way to contact someone in case if problems.

The room was great, but the check in process was awful. The machine did not have our reservation - And it wasn’t just us. It appeared to not work for anyone. We got in late and are from another country so when we couldn’t check in and couldn’t phone the service number, we don’t know what we were going to do. Luckily, another guest was able to call the service number and activate a room key card for us - But then they could not check in either! Vet stressful at the end of a long day :(

Didn’t work to get in the hotel: us and another family as well. Very difficult to find a phone contact. It took a long time to reach somebody to talk with that could open for us. Apartment not bad, but never again: check in must work and a phone number to communicate immediately available

Vacant Building! Do Not Book!

When we arrived, we found an abandoned building. No one ever communicated with us. The only thing we had was a confirmation from Hotels.com. There was no hotel here! We were in a foreign country without a place to stay.

Lovely apartment

I was very wary about reading some of the earlier reviews about the place not being open - awkward to find etc but we found it very easily and although the self check in was new to us, it worked well. The property itself was lovely - great apartment with lovely balcony and comfortable beds. Some small points: the bathroom tap was a bit broken, no tea towels, only 3 bowls for four people. All very minor things and in no way affected our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Too nice not to have A/C

Such a nice room! Seemed brand new, and they were still constructing other rooms. However, how do you not put A/C in such a nice, new place? It was 40°C that day, and no A//C. Luckily a brilliant thunderstorm went through and cooled it down enough to make it bearable. I had to go to the local hardware store and buy some fans, though. Great bed, nice location...

It is tucked away in a corner by the highway, so it functions like a motel but the area isn't "nice" per se, but it's a corner off the highway not a mountain resort looking out over the valley. Communicaton was either none or 5 star. Mostly since you don't need it. Everything is great and checkin with the machine was simple, so never spoke to anyone to rate. Clean nice, good beds, and for the family room with parents and two kids, it exceeded all expectations. Very happy.

Problem with cleaning

The cleaning service didn't take the trash, there was no capsuls for dishwasher in the room, no toilet papier. There was dust on the room evrywhere.

First, the hotel doesn’t have elevator and we traveling with large suitcase we couldn’t take up and we left in car and we just opened it in the car and bring our stuff needs in plastic bag. We opened the door and the room feels as a steam very very hot we opened the window Ms and a lot of bugs and mosquitoes got inside as we found the room with flies inside. There’s no air conditioner and fans . The bathroom smells so bad when we need to use we can’t take breath of the bad smell, and when we took a shower the floor got flooded with water bc drain slowly and we can’t get to the bathroom again we have to wait till the water got drained. The sink in kitchen smells not good it smells eggs. I called the staff to find out if we can get a fan the person I talked to her was not nice and not polite. Never ever go to this hotel.

Selfcheck-in am Tablet beim Eingang sehr kompliziert und aufwändig. Der erste Telefonsupporter war unhöflich und nicht willig zu Helfen. Die zweite Dame hat uns dann eingecheckt. Die Betten waren sauber, gut und bequem. Der Rest war sehr dreckig. Flecken an Wänden, Konfetti am Boden, Spülbecken verdreckt, dreckiges Besteck/Geschirr, keine Kehrichtsäcke im Eimer, keine Geschirrtücher. Lediglich 2 Badetücher für 4 Personen. Am Tag vor dem Check-out stand dann noch eine Angestellte ohne anzuklopfen im Zimmer und fragte, wann wir auschecken. Schade: So schöne Zimmer. Sehr schlechte Reinigung und schlechter Support.
