「The hot tub had a film floating on top of it, which made it incredibly off putting to get into. For coffee in the morning, the half and half packets were curdled and smelled like rotten eggs. Our room door was incredibly loose, my wife had to basically force the lock closed and even then it would move an unusual amount.
