「I booked this hotel based on the beautiful photos and glowing descriptions on their website – what a mistake. The reality was a completely different story. The pictures showed clean, very neat room. but what I walked into was outdated, poorly maintained, and honestly felt dirty moldy place. The furniture was scratched and worn, the bed linens looked like they hadn’t been replaced in years, and the bathroom was cramped and had a weird smell.its was a non refundable room but will do my best to...

The staff, particularly those at the café were exceptional in their attentiveness to guest's needs. The breakfast buffet offered selection of local dishes with a different menu each day. However, the cleanliness of the room especially the bathroom fell short of expectation. I spotted a dead fly on the floor on the first day and remained there throughout our stay despite of requests...
