「This resort could be wonderful. However, a lack of investment (and histroical typhoon damage) shows in dilapidated buildings and a sub par experience compared to other "luxury" resorts. But it's a good place to be, excellent location with a lovely resort team with some drawbacks that are good to be aware of before arriving: access is only by boat (P.1500 return each), no hot water in room, food options limited/no beer after 1st day, room did not lock as doors broken, island hopping was expensive...

「De locatie dat niet correct is van het hotel. Wasserij aangewezig , deze info is ook niet juist. Je kan ontbijten tot van 07h 's morgens tot 11h . Maar als we aan de receptie stonden om 10h voor nog ontbijt te bestellen, kregen we een antwoord van het is maar tot 10h. Geluk dat het personeel goed en vriendelijk was. Vooral de securities ( Carlo en zijn collega) en de persoon dat het ontbijt klaar maakte. Bij deze willen wij jullie nog eens bedanken , langs deze weg. Bjorn DM, Lyssa DM en...

「The toilet is very smelly, the aircondition is badly need an upgrade. The water pressure is bad aswell. And the the boat trip we have from the hotel came very late too bad service. Please do improve it.」

「Stay in this hotel if you want to live in a isolated place where quite, NO TELEVISION, NO TELEPHONE, NO FRIDGE, NO WATER, NO FOOD, Wifi v.poor signal. This is the first hotel that I ever stay in so many countries which no complimentary AND no convenient store nearby. The resort is huge where you need to take a shuttle bus to room, restaurent for breakfast. Only three choice of breakfast when book from Hotel.com. This is a State owned hotel so do not expect much. Very unpresent stay :(」

「After a quick trip to Sorsogon we booked with Uma for the continuation of our Bicol visit. The front desk look and behaved professionally, the dining staff was very attentive and the housekeeping was very thorough. Overall the stay was very pleasant.. it was a nice surprise when they gave us treats in the room. Definitely our home away from home and our only choice here in Naga.」

「We stayed at this hotel for 7 days and found it to be convenient option given its proximity to Robinson mall. The staff, particularly those at the café were exceptional in their attentiveness to guest's needs. The breakfast buffet offered selection of local dishes with a different menu each day. However, the cleanliness of the room especially the bathroom fell short of expectation. I spotted a dead fly on the floor on the first day and remained there throughout our stay despite of requests...
