「Nicely appointed apartment, a short (10min) walk to the old town square. Great for 2 people, but a bit cramped for 4 with the sofa bed pulled out.」

「Just back from a 4 night stay in Krakow. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment, no 1 at the Ermine Suites which was good value for the money we paid. You couldn't ask for a better location as it is right in the old town and only about a 2 minute walk to the main square. The apartment was ideal and more than enough for me and the family. Though it is worth noting that Apartment 7 is towards the top of the building and, as there is no lift, may be difficult to access for those with mobility issues. However, if you are ok with a few flights of stairs you would be unlikely to find better accommodation in the Old Town.」

「we are group of 6, booked two rooms. the design of the shower area in both rooms is really bad, only half partition, water run outside during shower and we need to clean the toilet floor everytime after used. and the tv has no preset channel, nothing to see. for the other facilities, everything works well. staff at the front desk is efficient and nice. happy stay, thank you!」
