「Room was lovely and exactly like it was in the pictures, we were ground floor and it was quiet and felt very safe, it was very clean and in an excellent location, the only problem we had was with the tv, I did message a couple of times but got no reply on how to sort it out, also the apartment could do with some info about the area even if its just a map」

「Location is so good! It only take around 10 mins to go Old Town by foot.However, the facility inside the room is worn. The shower door couldn’t close properly. And the bathroom light was flashing. The room is clean but will be glad if daily cleaning service can be provided. Room is suspicious with basic equipments. And the room’s sound proof is soso. You can hear people’s voice from other room easily.」

「The apartment itself was nice. However, the bathroom has a sewage smell eminating from the shower drain. When the bathroom door was left open, the smell filled the room and we needed to open the windows. They advertise there is a washer and a dryer included in the apartment. We booked this room specifically because of the washer and dryer. They did not mention in the advertisement the dryer did not work and have a piece of paper next to it saying the dryer is out of service. The washer was also...

「I would stay here again on a future visit to Krakow. Apartment was inside the historic city centre. We had secure underground parking for our rental car (for an additional fee).」

「we are group of 6, booked two rooms. the design of the shower area in both rooms is really bad, only half partition, water run outside during shower and we need to clean the toilet floor everytime after used. and the tv has no preset channel, nothing to see. for the other facilities, everything works well. staff at the front desk is efficient and nice. happy stay, thank you!」

「Ok standard , although it was hard to find , the was a sign pointing to doors with stairs ... Would be good with maby a sign on the actual door too! Other than that it was a ok hotel stay , not more not less」
