「Was a really nice hotel room & reasonably priced.」

「Lovely bright and airy 2 bed apartment with balcony. Great location opposite the park with a few minute walk into Gloucester centre and quays. Very clean with good amenities apart from lacking a dishwasher .. which on this occasion was not a problem for us as we only stayed 2 nights and eat out. Easy parking in property’s own car park. Did ask about parking for an extra car but wasn’t too happy about the location or tidiness of this as looked run down with rubbish and nails etc on the ground...

「Lovely stay, would come again. Nicely presented room and bed was comfortable. Lovely walks along the river on doorstep. Easy parking. My room was on second floor so I struggled a little bit to carry everything up. The room was very warm so I was grateful for the fan provided in the room. I would worry about how warm the 2nd floor would be in the summer. The email with check in information was great. The farm shop nearby is very good and useful.」

「The hotel’s proximity to the train station and the availability of a microwave oven are positive aspects. However, the lighting in the room is inadequate, especially near the door. Furthermore, the dark-colored carpet makes the room appear even dimmer. The room’s price is quite high, likely due to the Cheltenham Festival.」

「The 5-night stay was overall comfortable, although there was an issue with controlling the temperature of the hot water shower. It would occasionally become scalding during showers. It would also be wonderful if breakfast could include some fruit. Other than these minor points, it was a delightful stay. When we arrived in the late afternoon, the reception gentleman kindly helped my daughter and me carry our luggage to the room on the 2nd floor.」

「Really good and big room」

「这一次住了8天，房间在地下室，有一点点味道，但房间整体很舒服，特别是全套厨房用具和基础调料品很齐全，可以满足自己煮饭的需求。还会选择再次入住。」

「Free parking loads of space. Room was basic but functional. Walls very thin, could hear phone conversation next door clearly. Only reason for markdown was television not working & no contact after messaging. Wouldn't have been an issue but was on my own for 4hrs」

「Room could have done with an easy chair but was good otherwise. Hotel seems to pick its staff for their friendliness and helpfulness. Not a bad one amongst them. Plenty of choice at breakfast though evening meals were limited as awaiting new cooling facilities. Plenty of parking at front and back of hotel. Hotel location ideal for getting into Gloucester. Very pleased overall and would definitely use again.」

「Clean room, but front desk is understaffed」

「Hotel in the process of changing hands,only one staff , no evening meals or breakfast.Room not what i booked, bathroom required better cleaning. No milk or cup for tea. 」
