「Our stay was good. The bed was very firm and so were the pillows, but we slept well. The breakfast is your average continental breakfast. Our tv wasnt working, but we didnt need to watch it anyway. Its really the only hotel in Florence, so they keep the prices high, which is a shame. 」

「breakfast was excellent!! room was clean worth the money. The only problem is i booked for 3 person in a room with King bed and a sofa bed. I didn’t know we have to do it ourselves making the sofa bed ready and get the linen n pillow in their front desk. What an aweful service considering how much they charge for a room」
