「The room smelt of cigarette smoke, the linens were dirty, the towel rack and the toilet paper roll dispenser were broken. When I called the front desk, there was little to no care or regard to any of these issues. The fact that the room didn’t have bedbugs seems to have been a miracle. This is nothing like any Redroof I have ever stayed in, in the past. Will be looking at other hotels in the future and will not ever stay another Redroof seeing that they do not seem to care about franchise...

「This is the second stay at this location. But this tiime Angel at the front desk was so pleasant and welcoming. She was helpful in giving directions to our venue. The others were nice too, but I felt they were doing their job. It feels good when someone genuinely smiles after being on the road for 7 hours.」

「Did not like that the only rooms offered had no view. Entire pool,side rooms with a view not available. While the room was spacious I personally do not like staying in a box with no outside option. Felt very confined.」
