"Bed made wrong. Comforter place under the top sheet. We had to remake the bed. When we arrived in the room, it appeared the cold air had been going for a long time. It was frigid in there. Bed was not comfortable; it appeared to sag in the middle and felt as if the mattress was beyond its limit. ..."
