「a convenient stop during a long trip」

「Rooms are very clean and smell fresh. The beds are very comfy. We stayed in room 119- there is an outside light that shines towards the building about 4' away from the window which really lit up the room. Next time, I will avoid that room...lol. There is a very strong and off-putting fragrance when you step into the lobby- making you doubt your choice. thankfully, that doesn't carry into the rooms. free breakfast is pretty standard, coffee is ok. location is excellent for 420 adventures. if...

「The best way I could describe this experience without being too transparent is make this your very last option. The location of this hotel is not only dangerous but it is not appealing to the eye at all. I had no idea that it was in the middle of a number of dispensaries. When I returned back to the hotel from a conference, I literally watched four drug sales right in front of the hotel as I'm walking for my car. The later it got at night the worst the activity. I went down to the front desk...

「The room was filthy, it smelled liked a smokers room and mold combined. The first room we were given still had food trash on the ground, and the drain would drain in the shower. The second room we were given still had food and crumbs on the ground, and around the beds. There was a pair of underwear between the mattress and wall, somebodies vape and a face mask. There were dust bunnies piled up under all the furniture, and if you put food in your fridge and turned the lights out to go to sleep...

「We had a wonderful stay this ek at the vine. Tim’s breakfasts were always good hearty and fresh, and they had firewood cut and ready clean pool, grounds and rooms cleaned every morning. If you’re planning a stay in Dundee or close proximity I highly recommend them!」
