「This is not an overpriced "high-end" hotel, but the owners are on the property and run it like you are at the "ritz". Sam and Sarah were awesome! Love this place. Can hear the train in the distance, but that added to the "cool factor" for our stay. The diner "Don's" across the street is the bomb! (great food, great price)Ate there for 5 meals... Can not beat this place for the price! Will be back!」

「The hotel is new. We could do the prior check in online that made the check in time shortened. It offers free parking and complimentary breakfast that fits for our family of 5. The making up service is perfect as we see the cleaning staff made very detail cleaning. The hotel staff were also very friendly to our kids. We love the location near Seattle Premium Outlets. We will visit again if we go to Seattle next time.」

「The room was cozy and clean, safe and walkable area of Ballard. Very communicative and easy to get in and check out. Nice to have the mini fridge and small kitchenette in the room. They give you ear plugs since it is a shared building with other suites, which was a nice touch. Everything I needed for a quick stay.」

「I have stayed at many Marriott’s and this was my favorite. The room was super clean, was set up with everything I needed for my stay including a nice kitchen set up. They have a great gym and washer and dryers on site. The lobby is set up with a bar and seating area that is very welcoming. Every staff member we spoke with was super friendly and accommodating. This is my new go-to Hotel in Seattle. 」

「Everything is so wonderful and the family enjoy the stay so much. The only complain is probably the bed is kind of aged and too soft such that we all felt a little bit shoulder pain after waked up in the morning. By the way, the resort's Fireside restaurant is strongly recommended for future guests. The view, atmosphere, service, and the food are all excellent. 」
