「A great stay. The homeless element was around as everywhere else it seems but not on the property. The property had signs up warning that only patrons can be on site or they will be arrested and people seemed to abide by them.」

「The property was very nice and clean. The staff friendly. The compressor in our room needed to be repaired and was very loud preventing us from sleeping. The maintenance person looked at it and had no idea what to do. The key device to our room did not work and we had to replace keys multiple times and stand at the door trying to access the room multiple times before we could get in. Other than room condition, our stay was very nice.」

「Room smelled like smoke when I entered it. There was no soap on the sink or in the room and the bed had stains on the sheets. At 4:45 am Brain a was beating on a foot trying to get her man out of another woman's room. The tv, fridge and microwave were fine. The pool was not clean at all. 」

「My room provided me with everything needed for my stay. The room was thoroughly clean. I enjoyed breakfast each morning. I appreciated the variety of meals provided each day. The area was clean and food was quickly replenished. Hotel personnel were friendly and helpful in every way. 」

「我們到當地參加會議早出晚歸，一連訂了八晩，房內有許多跳蚤，被咬嚴重，被舖也是清楚看到跳蚤走動，最先兩睌還未嚴重，其後腳、腰、頸部全被跳蚤咬花，第六晚要求換房，接待員還不肯要看証明，唯有show圖片及身體部分，始肯換房，態度不好，令人失望，以後也不會入住這家連鎖旅館。離開後被咬部分發炎嚴重。」
