「Staff was not friendly. Room was clean but in disrepair. We were not told the ice vending on our floor was unavailable-they had the broken ice machine blocked by a dolly with a new one it the box. Our bathroom was stained and looked like they were performing maintenance and our door had a gap so it did not close properly and was a safety hazard. 」

「Our room was extremely clean and was very comfortable! The bed was great and amenities were wonderful! The entire staff at checkin and breakfast were so friendly and helpful! We couldn’t have asked for a better breakfast-probably the best we’ve had in a hotel! It was in a very convenient location too!」
