「We stayed for five nights and were extremely disappointed. The hotel was undergoing loud construction all day, but this was never disclosed before booking. The room would not cool below 80°F, and we had to buy fans just to sleep comfortably. The toilet repeatedly stopped flushing—we had to pour water into it ourselves until it was finally repaired on our last day after reporting it multiple times. The bathroom sink only had hot water. Many advertised amenities were unavailable: no working ice...

「We've stayed at Comfort Inns (and Suites), in the past & this location was perfect as expected. Our only issue was having to wait approximately 15-20 minutes for a desk clerk to arrive. After another customer arrived I foned the motel & and employee arrived advising she'd been cleaning in another area. Amenities including breakfast were great.」

「Callled ahead to say I was arriving late because of a plane delay... took 10 minutes to find some at the front desk at 2:00 in the morning cuz they were asleep. Then the credit card machine didn't work for my $50 deposit I almost fell asleep standing up person had no idea what she was doing room was filthy dirty. Supposed to have breakfast until 9:30 I got down there at 9:20 and they already had shut it down. This place sucks」

「The staff are all phenomenal. The breakfast was home cooked! The only place we have ever stayed that continued adding fresh food to the buffet minute before the official end of breakfast. Thank-you Wanda. Our room was really clean and we stay there every time we visit grandkids. There was only one problem and I reported it to management. We are seniors and the non-skid strips on shower floors have worn out and are slippery. Scary for old folks like us.」

「My hotel room TV would not let me use any streaming apps, when I called the front desk the representative was very rude and unhelpful. Without streaming, the TV only had around 40 channels, so the options for watching were abysmal. I switched hotels after one night.」
