Great beds. We slept well. Breakfast has good options. Clean room, hallway and breakfast area. Good food options around, and the perfect space to stay for a college visit to Oklahoma State University. Will stay again if we are in the area.

Check in seems a little difficult for them. Our room was on the first floor and had a weird odor. The ceiling was water stained. Bathroom looked very aged. Bed linens were newer and seemed clean.

The friendly staff! They didn't act like we were a pain for them to clean up after breakfast. Cook also came out to dining area to make sure there was plenty of fresh, home food available!

I’d give this property 3-1/2 stars if I could. It was OK, not terrible but also nothing extraordinary. It’s generally clean and comfortable but also a little bit dated. Could use a facelift.
