We noticed that the staff was very structured — friendly, but stressed, and very much focused on “following the rules.” In our opinion, this should be a place to truly relax… and we didn’t really feel that. "Beautiful view from windows. Easy walk to stores, restaurants. Free parking, but might be tough if you had a big car. Our room required an electric plug in heater, which was fine once we knew. Staff was friendly. "
