"The property is empty student rooms that are advertised as double rooms they have a small double bed .. 1 desk chair .. a shared kitchen only 1 fridge working.. the building is unbearable hot .. shared lounge tv didn't work .. no ironing facilities... no kettles in the rooms .. doors dont lock automatically and they rattle in the wind .. no aircon .. very busy roadside location.. "The hotel was nice. Customer service was excellent, like crazy good. We had an issue with the AC in our room and after trying to figure out what was wrong gladly changed us to another room and gave us 2 vouchers for a couple of drinks for the inconvenience. Nice touch. Rooms are smaller but not overly so. Beds were comfortable. The property is centrally located so you can walk downtown and go, go, go. It's just enough off the main area that its quiet. "
