"Hotel guests need to be told when quiet time is. We were woken up by a group of drunk hotel guests in the room next door to us at 1:00 in the morning. They were shouting and playing music really loud. Totally ruined our sleep and our stay ."

"There was noise. Could hear people moving around all night"

"Stayed 4 nights, housekeeping never entered the room. Had to buy our own toilet tissue. Towels were damp and musty by checkout. No lighting in the rear parking lot. Many transient construction workers hanging in the parking lot drinking beer. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Probably will not stay again."

"Check in was a little hectic something happened with our reservation. Front desk was awesome. Very busy. Amenities were not listed anywhere since check in was hectic we were anxious to let the people behind us check in. Not sure where anything was. Was very excited about the roof top but that was a bust. The help up there was not friendly at all. They were out of things she was happier not making a sale then suggesting something else. Only went up there once which was a bummer it was nice and would have liked to enjoy it more. Everything was nice not sure if we will be back to the graduate. "

"Very nice location; close to 64, the Martha Jefferson Hospital, and not too far from Downtown Charlottesville. There's a nice walking path with a couple of ponds right by; great for a stroll. They have a small pool and a decent sized hot-tub. I ate and drank at the bar the first night; the Bartender was very kind and the food was good. The bed was really comfortable, so sleeping was easy. The blackout curtains worked really nicely. Will definitely stay there again next time I need to be close to Pantops."

"Our room was fine and breakfast was better than what you usually find, BUT we had requested a "quiet room" upon checking in and were put in a room that adjoined another room where people were loud 2 nights of our 3 night stay - and so loud the second night that we had to call the front desk. We were told that the people in that and another adjoining room were there for a "party".... and when we complained we could hear them talking about knocking on doors to find out who had the nerve to complain about them. Very intimidating, yet the desk seemed unable to do anything. We will not come back! "
