"Breakfast buffet was great, location top notch. Lounge drinks and good were excellent and the staff were extremely accommodating. Property needs updating, which according to management will happen section by section. Horizon Club rooms are worth it. "

"We enjoyed our stay at Crystalbrook Riley in Cairns. The room was very clean, specious and luxurious. Our view of the pool and ocean were very nice and it was only 15 minutes walk from the main marina, where all of the restaurants and excursion boats are located. The pool was also very nice with nice views of the ocean."

"This is a lovely comfy hotel. My room had a baloney and great view of the ocean. The pool is huge and, like the rest of the hotel, very clean. The staff are polite and go out of their way to be helpful. "

"Staff were great! Very clean room and hotel. Looks exactly like the photos which is always good. The pool was lovely and has good opening hours - so nice to have it open into the late evening for a swim after a hot day. Room was lovely and has everything you need including a balcony. Not too far a distance from lots of the main attractions! "
