From arrival on our 2 night stay till we left , we were treated like royalty, The staff were very professional and attentive from reception ,bar staff, waiting staff , service was exceptional,to high standards Food was also top notch Would defo stay again

The hotel staff, whether cleaners or those in Reception or the lounge bar, were very friendly and helpful. We liked the food provided, and found our room comfortable and quiet. We will definitely stay there again if the opportunity arises.

Victorian decor nice large room. Slightly tired looking. Use of pool, sauna and steam room was very nice. All of the staff were amazing.

Every member of staff we met was fantastic, warm friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. The dinner menu wasn’t great and was very overpriced for what you got and the taste didn’t quite match up to the prices. Beautiful grounds surrounding the hotel and excellent treatments in the spa

Spa was superb with lovely staff too. The swimming pool was a great temperature but some lockers were difficult to use. Loved the sauna and steam rooms. The staff in the hotel were superb and friendly. Enjoyed our stay thank you

Staff are so friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Food amazing. Gardens and surounding areas beautiful. Peaceful, wonderful swimming pool and Gym. Just the nicest place to unwind. Thank you for a lovely stay. We will be back soon.

everyday have room cleaning, area so classical. the breakfast just a little bit choose, coffee or tea, milk, butter, coffee sugar, toast you need to order, but you want to order again the restaurant waitress were ignore you.

This property is still serving the 1970s in terms of decor and feel Although the rooms sre clean and tidy, you find yourself in a time warp There are no 3 pin bed sockets and when yoh have power ut doesn't work - no electrical socket power including USB The restaurant has a limited choice and unfortunately the menu is uninspiring. The bar and the restaurant shut before 8.30pm Never tried the Spa or pool as didnt have time..... The booking didnt live up to the billing I'm afraid. We wont hurry back.....

I brought my elderly mum who doesnt handle stairs well. They have a lift but there are still stairs to negotiate. Pool closes early. Looks old and creaky inside.
