「No air-con; the provided electrical fan was not working; sound proofing of the room was poor, I could hear the noise from my next room!」

「Rang in advance to tell Reception we would be arriving after 10.30pm, she said it was no trouble. When we got there the young lady was extremely helpful and very pleasant. She told us where there was plenty of tea coffee and milk if we needed it - which we did after a long journey. The hotel itself was a little dated but it was very clean, the bed was comfortable and we had a good quiet nights sleep. We would definitely use it again. 」
