「Booked last minute - best pool in the area but sun beds were limited. Some were damaged, not fit for purpose. Some umbrellas were broken. Pool bar was open if you could catch him.... Nice on arrival that you are taken to your room but dont expect anything else. Had ground floor room which was clean. 「I had a lovely time at the hotel on a B&B basis..The room was big and clean and tidied every day. The pool area was excellent with lots of beds a great pool. I had a few evening meals and the food was ok with a good chance. All the the staff were very professional and very friendly. It was near the end of the season and quiet so there wasn't any activities either during the day or evening. I would certainly visit again.」

「This hotel keeps us going back, year after year. There has been a big upgrade aince our last stay, moat notably on the rooftop area. Staff are amazing, with Dorothy and her team making sure everything was to a high standard during our time. Best hotel in Napa, no kids, relaxed, great drinks, great atmosphere.」

「room was well maintained. weather was great location perfect. pool was cold to the point of being unusable. indoor pool and hot tub closed when we tried to use them. buffet was repetitive. we were overcharged for our bill and had a hard time convincing the front desk attendant. quoted 60 euros for ride to airport and ended up paying 70」
