"We spent a couple of days at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The view from the rooftop is absolutely stunning—nothing can beat having breakfast with a view of the pyramids. We would like to thank all the staff who took such great care of us during our stay. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of different food to choose from. The rooms were cleaned every day and kept in great condition. We would also like to give special thanks to our driver, who drove us a couple of times. We’re sorry we forgot your name—we were staying in room 406, and you drove us to the airport on Friday night, April 4th. You are a great driver and a wonderful person, and we truly appreciate you. "Clean hotel but a little dated. View of pyramids from breakfast area. The breakfast is basic but the restaurant offers excellent dinners. Staff was always friendly and willing to help. I would recommend this hotel. "

"Rooms were basic yet clean. But you are staying at the hotel for the amazing views of the pyramids from the rooms and their amazing roof top restaurant for breakfast. The rooftop patio is worth the stay alone. My only issue was that the online booking forums so a free 24 hour airport shuttle that is only available if you stay 2 nights. We tried booking and paying for the shuttle and no one confirmed and no one showed up. They couldn't find us a shuttle back to the airport either so we wound up using Careem. So just don't bank on the shuttle like we did."
