"Beautiful hotel, second time staying for one night, breakfast included, evening meal have to book separately which was easy to do. Everything about this hotel, location, availability of rooms, staff and food was truly amazing. We will be booking again, probably near Christmas time."

"The bedding had not been changed for a while from the sweaty smell of it and long dark hairs everywhere. I don’t mean the odd one, there were clumps all over the bathroom floor sink and bath and up the walls. I have photos."

I was outside for so long due to the owner not picking calls on time It was cold in the room, noise from the corridor, loud music through the corridor and the shower was so noisy I booked it just to have few tours of sleep before resuming ..."

"Croft Mill is ideally situated for the centre of Hebden Bridge. The parking spot was greatly appreciated as parking is expensive and in short supply in the town. The welcome pack was lovely, the apartment was clean and comfortable. Will definitely be back."
