The apartment was lovely and spacious and very well equipped. The bed was very comfy and the furniture in the apartment was of a very good standard. We made full use of the welcome pack. The booking in procedure was easy to understand and Haley explained everything very well. The parking was good and very safe.

It was a great flat. it had everything we would need including eco friendly shampoo and washing up liquid. It was really handy for town and the park. The washing machine worked well and was much appreciated. We managed to get the TV working, and that had loads of stations! Comfortable bed and good shower. Clean and smelt fresh. It's hard to tell exactly what places are like because this site always relies on tick boxes. so it didnt seem to mention that the shower was over the bath. Not very easy for my partner who has mobility problems. We could have used a hot water bottle as well. some places have them but we could have brought one ourselves. Next time I would book a flat on the first or higher floors as they face south and have seats outside and a nice view. We faced north and you couldn't really sit out as it was just pavement. But on the plus side we didnt have to go up in the lift. One request. GET RID OF THAT PESKY BOLLARD! It serves no function other than to try and scratch my car. The parking is tight and it doesnt help.

Extremely nice apartment to stay in - if you are looking for something a bit special for your break. Spotless, well laid out and comy - (except the double bed was a very small double bed which seemed odd given all the other luxury touches including a second tv in bedroom)...Balcony area was great for an evening drink and chat; kitchen all we needed.

Stunning Apartment and scenic view

Stayed here for 3 nights with my partner and the Apartment was stunning - enjoyed every bit of our stay here and would recommend to anyone, fantastic location, easy parking and check in, great view from the balcony. Will be using croft mill for future visits here.

Great location with easy access to Hebden Bridge and all it has to offer. The cinema is fantastic and only a short walk from the Apartments. You'll be amazed at the inside. Communication from Hayley was perfect. There's all you need for a warm and comfortable stay.

Great location in hebden bridge. Excellent communication from hosts prior to visit with simple check in instructions. Parking outside was convenient. The welcome essentials basket was an excellent touch and really appreciated. Very clean. Bedrooms good size, nice and warm, my only gripe was the living area was quite small with kitchen and lounge all cramped into one area, it was fine but not what we imagined from the photos on the website which i guess is from the penthouse. Certainly wouldn't stop us visiting again though.

Noisy water pump

Need to warn potential guest about the noise of the water pump. We were in apartment 2 and the bedroom was right next to the pump. The pump runs every 20-30 seconds and had a major impact on our quality of sleep. The apartments are modern and spotless but not good if you are a light sleeper.
