The staff were really nice. My TV wasn't working so they helped me and solved the problem. The room was clean and the service was great. The location was perfect. I really recommend staying at Santorini Beach Resort if you are going to visit Gili Trawangan. thanks guys.

Terrible

Did not stay at the villa. Could not get hold of hotels. Com to log a dispute and hence we had lost money spent here. No management of villa available from check in till 4 hours later. Bathrooms smelt terribly bad. Air conditioning not cooling (heat is already unbearable)

Good for relaxing holiday.

It was really comfy and good to relax! You can’t hear any sounds from main road or city noise! It’s really good time for relaxing holiday and staff are really kind and gentle when you need help. Nice room and swimming pool. Lent bicycle in hotel to look around the island. Totally satisfied with this hotel!

Bel hôtel sur la plage

L'hôtel agréable, pratiquement "sur la plage". Un superbe spot, sur la partie de l'ile où se passe le coucher de soleil ! Personnel très accueillant.

Nous sommes allés au santorini car notre précédente reservation avait été annulée. Très bonne surprise car hôtel est magnifique, le cadre aussi. Le personnel très accueillant et il n.y a pas de bruit dérangeant. Nous avons été heureux d’y passer quelques jours.

i was excited to stay at santorini resort after i stayed there i was instantly disappointed with how small the room was for the price you pay and i have stayed in privet rooms for far much less and included more amenities with the price than santorini has to offer,as it is hardly a resort nor a place for couples more like a family retreat. upon arriving to our room in 32° weather we were really sweaty and get into our room and it was soo hot as the air con wasnt running. after cooling off with a shower one of the towels looked like it had a fight with a dog it had so many holes in it. the sheets had oil stains on them and the tables stained with coffee marks so we ordered a couple milkshakes to cool off upon arrival they looked and tasted like watered down chocolate sauce even my nieces would decline to drink it.for the price paid for the room youd think bicycles are included but no they where an additional fee. the power kept cutting and the wifi was modrate when it actually worked. every day the toom got cleaned we'd come back to the aircon turned off they must be told by the owners to save on power but when your on an island with temperature of 30° plus youd like to come back to a cool room.in summary if you have extra money lying around then by all means stay there and get woken up to children screaming in the pool and a room unfit to have two people stay in. one good thing about santorini is the hospitality of the staff nothing else comes to mind
