Loved the ambiance of this property. It was about a 10 minute bike ride to the main areas of the island. Bikes were included for your stay which was a big bonus. Staff were friendly and accommodating. There wasn't a huge food selection but we always found something to eat off the menu. The room itself was fantastic and private, it felt like paradise. Would come back again and recommend to anyone!

Great villa

Thanks for a wonderful stay! Majo is conveniently located in between the 2 sides of the island, all accessible in minutes with the bikes the villa provides included with the room. Lilly gave us a warm welcome and helpfully explained everything about the island for us. Some great restaurant recommendations…personal favourite was Casa Vintage! We ended up staying an extra night.

the staff is not responsive at all. I was not able to fly in due to the volcano eruption and there is no sympathy from the hotel to offer refund. they just bluntly ask me to reschedule my flight when it is not even safe to fly in. I have tried to contact them 3 days prior check in but they only reply me one day before and ask me to reschedule my flight when i am flying from overseas. service is terrible!!!!

I never comeback to this place, i had my reserve money in the vault, 3x €1000 in notes of €200. I only use this money when ever there is an emergancy. They took from every deck 1x €200 so i wouldnt see it when i leave. So in total i got robbed for €600. The reason i know how and when this happend is because, i used to count them everytime i leave the vault and check it, because i leave my rolex and wifes jewelry there. So that day before i went to the utophiacatamaran, i opend the vault to take my glasses out, and saw the money was the same as always. When i came back, afther i opend the safe i saw the decks were incomplete. So i missed 1x of €200 note at every deck. I questioned my self like??? I asked Majo, who has acces to the masterkey of the vault. They said only the manager, but that day the manager took a day off and i said, so the manager took a day off today. When i forget my code of my vault who's gonna open the fault for me if i have to leave now? Well, then everyone has acces to the masterkey... Lucky that it was not my vacation money, but my reserve otherwise i would of get more crazy then every there and break everything there...

조용한 곳에서 보내는 완벽한 휴가

매우 만족합니다. 너무너무 친절한 스태프들, 자연친화적인 인테리어, 특히 개인풀이 있다는 게 정말 의미가 커요. 물관리도 잘 되고 있어요. 수영장 앞 데크가 거실 역할을 합니다. 방 크기와 비슷합니다. 아침은 알라카르테 메뉴 하나와 커피, 쥬스로 방이나 식당에서 먹을 수 있고 플로팅도 가능합니다. 맛있어요. 해변까지 걷기에는 조금 멀어요. 자전거를 무료대여해줍니다. 청소는 깨끗합니다. 그러나 저녁 때가 되면 방역때문에 죽은 개미가 생겨서 좀 쓸어내야 합니다. 우붓에선 더 한 일을 겪었기에 괜찮습니다. 조금 귀찮을 뿐. 아무튼 길리 섬에 가면 언제나 이 곳에 묵습니다. 저에겐 모든 것이 완벽한 곳이에요

Véritable havre de paix et une décoration soignée

La villa par son agencement et la piscine et le jardin luxuriant nous ont enchantées. Un vrai paradis et le confort de la chambre et la décoration est parfaite. Seul bémol le wifi est trop faible et manque de rapidité et l’environnement (en pleine mutation) invite peu a ressortir de chez soi; même avec les vélos gentiments prêtés. Des bouteilles d’eau à disposition seraient un plus plutôt q’une fontaine qui n’est pas renouvelée tous les jours… L’accueil est remarquable de la part de tout le monde. Je recommande pour un séjour reposant.

Dejligt ophold i Majo Private Villas med fremrangende service og lækre forhold. Til trods de i forvejen høje forventninger overgik det dem og vi havde et fantastisk ophold. Personalet var fra start til slut virkelig imødekommende og hjælpsomme. Man er på fornavne med personalet og de kan hjælpe med hvad som helst uanset om det er receptionen eller manageren (friend). 5 kæmpestore stjerner til dette sted!!!

Villan är en "sminkad gris"

Vid första anblick tror man att villan är jättelyxig. Men allt är egentligen fejk, ungefär som en sminkad gris. Servicen var oerhört dålig vid mer än 1 tillfälle. Dels så kom vi tillbaka till rummet utan att villan var städad, vi beställde frukost till rummet 10, men den kom snarare 10.30. Smågrejer som förstör helhetsintrycket. Det var småpojkar som städade rummet, det var inte rent på djupet. Poolen var möglig, dynorna var mögliga. Frukosten var katastrof, juicen skulle ha varit färskpressad men den smakade fejk, brödet var en orostad bröd och en äcklig smoothie bowl, hotellet hade heller ingen resturang. Sen låg hotellet dåligt till, mitt på ön. Med krokiga vägar så det var svårt att hitta. Det blev oerhört mörk på kvällarna när man skulle tillbaka till rummet. Hade varit trevligt om de låg närmre vattnet. Sen började det komma fladdermöss på kvällarna så man inte vågade sitta ute. Jag rekommender ingen att åka hit.

Beautiful place, service ok, mediocre food

The Vilas are beautiful and the service could be improved (we arrange the full transfer to Bali with them and the driver a Padangbai had the wrong name so we waited for an hour... and we paid 1.5 million for 2 pax!!). The food and breakfast are well presented but poorly executed (cold, tasteless).... it needed some more love

A small piece of heaven on earth

One of the best accommodations I’ve ever had. Everything from the welcoming to the details from breakfast to cleaning. This is sure a small piece of heaven on earth! It was so familiarly! Loved the villa, the pool, the bed, the outdoor living room and outdoor shower. The food was so excellent and the drinks were so good. Loved been invited to welcome party by the great host Clement! This is details in its perfection. Even the tissues smelled lovely. Could stay here for the rest ok my life. Don’t know what I would have been missing from home..! Stayed for 2 more nights than planned and could stayed even more if we’ve had the time!

Das beste Hotel dass ich je gebucht habe! Die Villen sind ein Traum!!! Das Team super nett und immer aufgestellt und motoviert. Mahlzeiten sind mega lecker, tolles Frühstücksangebot und es wird sogar in die Villa serviert. Wir wurden so herzlich empfangen. Einmal die Woche wird ein Apero vom Hotel organisiert, wo sich alle Gäste mit dem Manager treffen. Das war wie ein Abend unter Freunden. Wirklich schön.

작은 풀빌라이지만 매우 아름다운 호탤입니다 객실상태도 매우 만족스럽고 직원들의 서비스도 너무 좋았습니다 다만 호텔을 찾아가기가 첨엔 어려웠고 길이 익숙해진 후에도 너무 골목이 어두워서 좀 무서웠습니다 여기뿐아니라 길리 전체 길이 좀 그런듯해요 너무 인상적이고 아름다운 추억을 만들어주신 마조 스텝들 김사합니다

My boyfriend and I booked to stay here for two nights and extended it for another night. The staff are so helpful and friendly, it’s in a lovely quite area but 5min easy cycle to either side of the island. The food was sensational. The villa was magical.

Majo is Magnificent!

Amazing hotel/villas. The staff are well trained and really friendly. The overall hotel is excellent, with a really nice bar/restaurant area. But the main part is the private Villa which is exceptional. I have stayed in a number of private pool Villas over the years and this ranks as one of the best. Great pool/chill out area and really good living space. Highly recommended.
