"Gosh, where do I start??? Let's start with trying to find someone that works there. They don't answer the phone, I have no idea where they hide. Once I did find someone, I was able to get into my room. The room: not good at all. There is only one chair in the room, it had no back cushion so you really couldn't use it. When you have more than one person in a double room, someone is stuck sitting on the bed all the time or floor. Hot water in the shower: forget about it. The faucet is not adjusted properly and because of that, the "hot" water is luke warm. The water in the sink is hot but that doesn't do you any good in the shower. My bed: when I pulled the top cover back, I had to remove eight long hairs off the sheet. I was concerned that the bed was used and the sheets were not changed. The "fitted" sheet didn't fit the bed, it pulled off the corners at night. The lamp: between the bed was a lamp... it had no light bulbs installed. The room had bugs and ants all over the place and the TV was messed up. The breakfast: What Breakfast??? They had two containers with stale cereal in them... two toasters but only one piece of hard bread. A waffle machine I had no idea if it even worked. We paid $496.00 for two nights due to Laconia Bike Week. This hotel was total garbage... owned my middle easterners. PLEASE... don't be fooled by the pictures. All I can say is: Buyer Beware. You will totally regret staying in this nasty, dirty hotel."

"The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was very clean. We know to stay a few little things about maintenance. Wallpaper peeling away and the toilet didn't flush well. It seems if housekeeping pointed this out to maintenance, It could be easily fixed and make a difference for their future reviews."

"Great spot for Laconia Bike Week. Pools were usually empty or only 1-2 people, so not crowded. Across the street from our preferred bar with other options within easy walking distance. Was pretty quiet despite concert-goers and other bikers staying. Will definitely stay again!"

"I left after seeing the room. It was nasty and the bed smelled like urine. Don't base your stay on the Wyndham name. This place is not like any Wyndham I have ever stayed in. So disappointed. Lost $153. But, I couldn't even consider sleeping there. Went down the road to the Mount Whittier."
