"All the staff from reception, to waiting and cleaning were all very charming and welcoming. My room was very clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast had the best selection I have ever seen in any hotel around the world. Good old fashioned Polish hospitality. If you are staying in Lodz, you need to stay here. "
