nice hotel near huge shopping mal and loads of restaurants....good because the hotel do not have a good restaurant for dinner. Breakfast was very good. Overall very good experience

Everything was fine. Only thing what is not according the photos in the internet is the restaurant. There are only big round tables for 10 - 12 persons. The atmosphere would be much better if it would be single tables for 2 -4 Persons and nicely distributed in the room. Otherwise quality was fine. Parking is a bit a challenge as the space is limited. For me it was ok as I got the last parking place. If people would park more disciplined there would have been space for 3 more cars on the parking lot.

A little bit disappointed that my queen bed was in fact two double bed put together. You could feel the joint in the middle. You had to choose one side of the bed to sleep on. But the rest of the stay was nice.

Very pleasant stay. Room was nice and comfortable with everything one expects. Not too spacious so organizing from two carry-ons and a large suitcase was challenging. Location next to Manufactura Mall is convenient. Could communicate better regarding parking on arrival and during street closure for start of Christmas market opening.

Bello e pulito, ma avrebbe bisogno di maggior cura

Albergo nuovo e pulito. Ho soggiornato per 6 notti. Purtroppo le pulizie giornaliere lasciano a desiderare, la camera veniva rifatta parzialmente. Ho dovuto richiedere alla reception ogni giorno shampoo e bagnoschiuma e bicchieri e tazze perché la signora delle pulizie dimenticava rimpiazzare e di pulire quelli sporchi. La notte del sabato è stata un inferno, con musica alta fino alle 4:30 del mattino. Alle 3:00 la reception mi dice di pazientare perché il party in corso sarebbe finito nel giro di mezz'ora. Alle 4:15 chiamo nuovamente la reception e avviso che sto per chiamare la polizia. A quel punto la musica si ferma. Meno male che è bastata la minaccia della telefonata, perché quando ho chiamato la polizia ho purtroppo constatato che nessuno parlava inglese. Comunque ho passato una notte senza dormire. A seguito di mia lamentela, mi è stato offerto un rimborso per questa notte.

Znakomity hotel

Pozytywne zaskoczenie , nie znajduje żadnego słabego punktu tego hotelu. Na pochwałę zasługuje przede wszystkim bardzo miła , o niezwykle wysokiej kulturze osobistej obsługa recepcji zwłaszcza pan Konrad ale też urocza pani , które nas pożegnała w dniu wyjazdu. Hotel jest idealnie w komponowany w otoczenie Manufaktury , lokalizacja pozwala na bardzo szybkie dotarcie do centrum. Hotel błyszczy czystością a projektanci wnętrza naprawdę stanęli na wysokości zadania nadając nowemu obiektowi tak charakterystyczny dla Łodzi loftowy styl nawiązujący do przemysły włókienniczego . Na pewno jeszcze skorzystam z noclegu w tym hotelu .
