「The room is big, clean and well-equipped. The tiny garden just outside breakfast area is beautiful and peaceful. Breakfast is simple but fresh. Staff are nice and helpful on giving information and advice, e.g. Elena is hard-working and problem-solving. Manuela cooks for guests' breakfast. Paolo drove me to the train station when he saw my big luggage and knew that my backbond suffered from pain. 「We werden hartelijk ontvangen. Heerlijk ontbijt en fijn zwembad.」

「We selected this hotel to be close to the hotel before our flight. It was perfect. Short walk to take a bus back into town for dinner. Then a 15 minute walk in the morning to the airport. Also we left VERY early and they still provided us a full breakfast. It was very nice.」

「A very unforgettable Lucca B&B.The location is only 15 minutes' walk from the old city.The accommodation is an old-fashioned villa with three floors, with its own independent yard and parking space.Breakfast here is also very rich, comparable to a 3-star hotel, but please don't forget that the price here is less than one third of that of the hotel.In short, this B&B has given me a lot of surprises, and I will choose to live here if I come to Lucca again next time.」

「酒店在2020年1月被中国同胞收购了，然后就遇到疫情，生意惨淡，都是同胞，照顾一下吧。酒店位置就在Signa火车站广场上，没有专属停车位，但是周围停车都是免费的，前台一个当地美女和几个中国美女都挺热情的。唯一需要吐槽的就是硬件设施太老化了，不太符合四星级标准。」

「We reserved a room that was on the second floor (in other words, the 3rd floor). We were hoping for a ground floor, but we were advised that was not available. However, we were moved to anothe location, with minimum stairs. We were very grateful!」
