"Staff was friendly and room pretty clean;but shower had no plastic liner so water got all over floor; elevator did not work; drink machine was full do couldn't get anything to drink....it was 91 degrees; no pool; not much variety as far as hot breakfast items...only sausage and eggs."

"Our stay was good! It was close to the Ark Encounter. The only complaint I have is that there was no Coffee pot just a tea pot. I went to the local Wal-Mart and purchased one that I left for the next occupants."
