「The hotel was not able to honor my booking-- the rooms we booked were not available . No manager was on the site and the only staff who was there was not able to validate our Expedia booking. Alternate rooms they suggested were terrible. We ended up securing rooms in a different facility. 」

「This is a new resort that is still under construction. It was quiet and beautiful, and the staff were great. While it is suitable for relaxation and connecting with nature, the resort is highly overpriced, and we did not feel we received value for our money. Having stayed at several resorts and hotels in Ghana, we were disappointed with the deluxe room. Although it was spacious, it lacked modern amenities and did not meet the standard of a deluxe room. 「This isn’t luxury. This property isn’t as advertised; don’t be fooled by the pictures. It’s burning but luxury. It’s basically a scam. 1. The beach isn’t private. 2. The place is a construction site with vast areas incomplete, and covered by straw mats 3. There were cockroaches in the room, and insects too.
