「Accessing the property at the time I arrived was a bit difficult since there are stores on the ground and first floors, the parking space was taken up making my Bolt driver unable to access freely.」

「I was disappointed at the overall unprofessional management of this property. It was noisy, dirty, cocroaches in the rooms, internet/wifi issues, dstv went off for weeks because of lack of subscription renewal, some of the staff where always hanging out either eating, chatting or charging their phones in the hallway leading to the room I booked etc. I could go on and on. On a positive note, staff were respectful and helpful but all in all I'll definitely not be making any booking at the property...
