「Locate on the peak of the mountain, have to drive a very narrow way to the top, too many insects in the room otherwise it was perfect experience, shower is wide and super nice, staffs are very friendly and helpful, great view of the valley, worth every penny.」

「Amazing experience. Cozy hotel with only 4 rooms. Very welcoming and feels like home. Great view from the top of the terrace and hotel room balcony. (Hotel at the mountain top) Breakfast and lunch are very delicious. Highly recommend!」

「The hotel located at the hill of residential area, about 15-20 mins to center Kandy. need to have a good vehicle to climb up to the hotel. have a good view to see the green mountains and hear many birds sing in the morning.」

「I try to write fair, detailed reviews as I rely on them myself when choosing properties. Mountbatten appealed to me for its heritage positioning and proximity to Kandy’s historical centre, and in many ways it delivered. Location & Atmosphere – 5★ The setting is exceptional: tranquil, elevated, surrounded by greenery, and beautifully maintained. The infinity pool is stunning and the staff are very mindful of guests seeking quiet. It genuinely feels peaceful. Service – 5★ Warm, attentive and...

「Amazing staff, very accommodating. The views are amazing and the place is very relaxing and quiet」

「The property was a beautiful garden oasis, with lush flowers and trees everywhere. Rooms were modest but very comfortable. Management and staff were incredibly attentive and always friendly. Food was delicious. Would recommend this gem to anyone, and hope to return.」

「Great view from my room. Excellent service」

「C’est un tout petit hôtel de charme dans un îlot de verdure. La chambre était grande et impeccable. Le personnel très attentionné, l’accueil excellent.」

「Excellent location. Room was nice and comfortable. One issue - the wash basin in the bath room did not drain well and there was blockage. As a result there was some smell coming off the bathroom. Shower door did not close well - as a result there was water leakage」

「キャンディ中心部から少し離れた立地の為、閑静な住宅街でゆっくりと滞在するのに最適です。宿のオーナーは近隣の観光に関する相談にも親身に乗ってくれました。」

「We arrived on location 2 hours prior to check in from à long 5 hour drive. Our driver told us there were many traffic jams along the way so we were not sure about ETA. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were asked to wait in the lobby only to be told our room was not available as they had a group of people that would only come back in the evening so we were redirected to another - unsuitable- hotel for our specific needs. The hotel manager told us they they had already issued the refund for our stay...

「Thank you Deepika from the reception for all your help and thanks all other staff-members for the good service. This is a very nice place "away from it all" up in the mountains」

「Very good for the price 」

「Good customer service. There was unexpected rain but they even changed our rooms for us. The workers were extremely polite and the breakfast was excellent. They were very helpful and kind with us, and I highly recommend this place for everyone.」

「The couple were warm and friendly, the room was clean and tidy, and the view of the terrace was very good. The boss gave us four people breakfast without any dispute. I also provided him with a booking confirmation to see if my reservation included breakfast, and I promised to complain to hotel.com after returning to Hong Kong. Unfortunately, I have been calling Hotel.com but have not responded. I hope that hotel. Upon seeing this comment, com will follow up and pay the hotel owner’s...

「高台で見つけにくい場所にホテルはありますが、バルコニーからの夜景や風が最高です。オーナーは日本語が堪能でとても親切してくれます。ホスピタリティ溢れるホテルに是非とも訪れてみてください。」
