「This is my first experience with an extended staying and it was wonderful. The staff is amazing and friendly. The room is very clean and organized for easy access to essentials for long-term stays. 「The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. 」

The property was actually really nice. I never feel like I can find a good, quiet, clean hotel room for my family when they visit and I finally did!!」

「The beds were hard, no microwave in the room, the hallways smelled like mildew, the toilet paper was 1 ply, the parking lot was small, breakfast was subpar, but the staff was friendly and helpful.」
