「房間比想像的舊，門內側的第二道鎖是壞的，浴室排水不良（反應後第二天有修好）。早餐跟晚餐（另外付費）很好吃。地點比較偏、還要上山，不過有往山下看整個GP小鎮的視野，自駕的話是個不錯的選擇。」

「Far distance between parking lot and room, no helpful elevator was available. Not convenient for family with many luggages. 」

「The Alpen Chalets were very good - clean, lot of space for 3 adults. Service was great in the Restaurant Senger and the food was delicious. We had breakfast and dinner in Restaurant Senger for nearly 5 days and we liked the food. Spa with massages is also very good. In general excellent experience. This was our 3rd visit during Christmas times and we like it here.」

「This little hotel is a gem. The owners were friendly and the room was spacious and comfortable. Also very well located, just a few minutes' walk from the train station. The only thing missing was a coffee machine in the room. 」
