The property was easy to access and staff attended to my check in promptly. Parking was right outside my unit Unit was in a good condition when i entered. Door was removed to the bedroom? Not sure why. Door on wardrobe was off its rails, abit stiff to move when put back on. All round good unit to stay in, would stay there again

Although it was cheap it was very poorly maintained. Dirty carpet, dirty blinds and generally unkept. Nothing a little TLC would not fix. We will not be staying there again.

If it seems cheap, read the reviews carefully - it’s not worth it even for one night… door was actually partly open on arrival - that’s because it didn’t lock… 3 bath towels between 5 of us, more in working lights and missing globes than working ones, curtains perished or missing or totally inadequate, one spare rug between us

It has the potential to be a nice place, but for that to happen the health department need to go and inspect, then close it down, so someone else could reopen the place, it is the most filthy smelly unhygienic place I have ever set foot in, also no hot shower, the word resort really means you should not resort to staying there , although I would have preferred to sleep in our car. When you send out for anyone to do a review, you really should allow negative stars, as I’m sure more people would bother to reply that way. All I can say is, I was most upset to be taken there as a surprise, I doubt my husband will ever surprise me again, after the disappointing evening at a place that has the word resort in the title, absolutely don’t stay there, we stayed in number 2, the state of the door before we entered should have been enough, I have photos, but unfortunately I can not upload them to this site, so do yourself a favour and just sleep in your car.

Got to the hotel and collected my key….. Absolutely no signage and cars literally parked everywhere, even on all the verges…. Finally find my room up a super high staircase, I’m disabled so not an option…., Went back to reception where the staff was friendly enough but put out that I was disabled and asked numerous times if I was sure I couldn’t get up the stairs….. So charged me more to move me to what I can only call the filthiest room I have ever stayed in….. Oh and I had to park my car down a back laneway which was pitch black and creepy….. Bed was hard, looked like the sheets had not been changed, curtains falling down, heating didn't work, toilet filthy and taps in sink looked like they had faecal matter on them….. I’ve travelled the world, stayed in every sort of accommodation but nothing like this….. And someone tried to get in my room twice during the night….. If I could give it a 0 star I truly would….. Shame I can’t upload pictures here

Absolutely Filthy!!! Lounge completely covered in stains! Crawling with bugs! bed coverings unchanged and smelt of sweat! bed sheets covered in human hair! Absolutely disgusting! How this place hasn’t been reported and closed down is beyond me!!

Dirtiest place i’ve paid for. Blinds were missing panels and dirty. Walls and shower look like they have never been cleaned. Unfortunately came in pretty late otherwise would have gone looking for other accomodation. Beds seemed clean though.

Hot Water and Clean Sheets is about it... Residence Noisy. like 1-4am bashing and carrying on. (assume long-stay or even permanent tenants) Damaged Doors inside unit, dented fridge. Just looks like it's been treated harshly in it's time.
