充滿歷史感的老宅也是超值的好旅店，地理位置極佳，工作人員個個服務友善親切，也有會說中文的服務人員喔！
有室內梯的兩層樓房型，只有樓上有衛浴稍微麻煩，而且樓梯是垂直的旋轉梯不太好爬，所以大行李也不好搬上樓。不過房間很大，公共客廳、餐廳、休息區很大，而且處處都很乾淨，是一間裝潢設計很棒的百年歷史老宅，充分展現當地文化特色。而且包括前台的旅店女主人，服務人員個個都非常友善親切，地理位置也很好，觀光飲食都方便，很值得推薦的好住宿。

地點好 又漂亮 價格很親民
如果有熱水的話 一切會更美好 但整體來說 已經是一間很棒的飯店 附近的景點也蠻多 是個地點好 隨便拍隨便美 價格非常親民的飯店 我們5人住還可以住超大樓中樓 如果不是要趕工作的話 會想多住幾天

在小印度區，周圍商家蠻便宜的 衛浴有點不夠乾淨，隔音不太好， 樓上走路的聲音都聽得到， 床非常舒適，而且給兩個枕頭

前台人員非常親切，地點絕佳，就在銀行街旁邊，到各個景點走路幾乎都可以到達，房間很大很舒適，值得推薦！

很不錯的酒店！
整體體驗很好，喬治市的景點基本步行可達。只是房間内沒有電視，這點事先并沒考慮到！還有就是深夜大雨過後，房間内所有照明都突然沒有，幸好墙身電源還在！

Good location but room is too old
The hotel is situated in little india. There is Peranakan museum nearby which is worth spending for half a day at least. Backpacker Street, City Hall and High Court Buildings are also within walking distance. But the room is a bit old. The paper lamp on the ceiling is torn and is about to fall down. There is no TV and fridge in the room. We lived on the ground floor and we could hear the sound from the upper level and outside the room clearly. We were awakened by the sounds outside the room or upper level few times in the middle of night.

酒店位置非常好,離各個景點或是博物館都很近,附近也很多吃的. 房間和酒店整體,都非常有特色,真的非常棒,會推薦朋友來住.

酒店地點比較難找。隔音比較差，還有在晚上停电大约一小時。不知是否经常是這樣。因酒店没有後備电源供應。电视和收音機都没有。早餐還可以，但份量比較小。服务员態度就十分好。

非常推薦來此入宿
2015年10月初入住東印度旅館，旅館位居小印度區，無論逛街、吃飯或逛喬治城的景點都非常方便 離公車總站步行約10分鐘，方便搭204公車去升旗山。 晚上也有夜市人潮，晚歸較不擔心安危。 飯店服務人員也很親切，館內裝飾充滿南洋風味，氛圍寧靜。 非常推薦來此入宿。

Hotel staff are very very nice and give kindly help who let us feel warm outside from home. When we arrived in the hotel, the staff gave us a drink immediately. The pavilion inside is very pretty and the room is clear and comfortable.

富懷舊特色旅館。
旅馆位處唐人街、小印度，用餐及購物皆方便。住家庭套房兩個晚上, 套房面積很大、整潔舒適。客服也熱情。早餐也不錯。唯一是只有一個洗手間於主人房內，人多用厕有点不便。

靠近小印度 夜晚外出感覺比較不安全 鄰近旅遊熱點
唯一決點供水較差 斷水問題出現數次 但員工積極跟進 解釋儲水問題也十分清晰 早餐質素很好 還有生果提供 款式選擇也充足 員工服務和態度很好 房間十分大 但鏡子較多 感覺有點恐怖 其他一切很好 值得推介既旅館！

a 5-star guesthouse
you will know why it qualifies as a 5-star guesthouse soon after your arrival. there are so many surprise service even you do not ask for. it is a renovated old house at convenient place with very good service and at reasonable price. Food in little india where the hotel located are cheap but very good. Close to the clock and jetty where you can ride all buses including the free shuttle CAT (station 3).

服務超好、地理位置很棒
整棟只有七個房間，服務人員就很像家人一樣的熱情款待，不論是有任何需求任何問題，他們都會竭盡所能的滿足客人的需求，像是退房的那天我很早就要check out, 早餐時間根本就還沒到，服務人員一早來上班時還盡量幫我趕我們的早餐，讓我們有機會可以吃飽飽再出門，天氣熱一回到飯店，馬上他們就會遞上冰涼的飲料，笑容可掬的跟我們聊聊，房間也很乾淨舒適，第二晚還幫我們免費升等，是來檳城想要體驗老宅民宿的人完美的選擇，走路就可以到港口，市區的景點壁畫也都是用走路就可以到了，吃東西也非常方便

The hotel room is located near to CAT station 3, so it is very convinient for us to go to different attractions. The selling point of it is it's a heritage stay, and the mansion is indeed an renovated building. The decoration inside is pretty and exotic, and each room has a theme with diffetent deoration. But as the mansion is renovated, the room is quite old( or maybe it's just my room), the wall paint keeps falling off when i open the fan.

The building of the hotel has 200 years of the history. It's amazing that we can actually stay such a historical building. In addition, the interior are well maintained and it matches with the historical building.

わが家のように過ごせました
使われなくなった古民家をフルリノベーションされたヘリテージホテル。プラナカンハウスの様式そのままで、泊まることで造りのすばらしさに触れることができます。それぞれの部屋以外はエアコンはないのですが、エアコンがなくても涼しく快適に過ごせる風の通る居心地の良いホテルでした。なんと言っても一番素晴らしかったのは、居心地です。わが家で過ごしているかのようなとても心地よい、ホテル暮らしとは思えない過ごしやすさでした、ホテルの方もとても気さくでフレンドリーでした。初めてならここがおすすめだよと様々なことを教えてくれます。バスで行くならこうとか、とても優しいです。朝食も毎日７種類の中から選べ、中庭を前にゆったりと一日を始めることができました。困ったことがあっても即座に対応してくれ、何の心配もいりませんでした。また、こんなにコストパフォーマンスの良いホテルは見たことも、聞いたことも、体験したこともありません。ペナン、ジョージタウンのヘリテイジに宿泊するならこのイースト インディーズ マンション以外には考えられないのではないでしょうか。

Beautiful heritage mansion in the heart of Georgetown, location was great with easy access to tourist sites and quay buses to the airport, Penang Hill and beaches at the national park. Breakfast choices from traditional Penang to western fare + fresh fruit.

Highly recommended
We stayed here at the start of a family holiday and were impressed with everything! The beautiful historic building, our super comfortable suite and the delicious food. We would like to mention Sandra in particular, who was so welcoming and made our too short stay so memorable. 10 out of 10!

There was absolutely nothing what we did not like! We loved the history of the place, it was unique and the staff Ben, Sandra and Bell were wonderful. Always there with a smile and little ideas what to do next. The room was huge and super clean. So many details every where and so quiet. Outside is the hustle and bustle which is super great and inside is peace and quietness! We would come back any time.
