- Friendly and helpful staffs (Reception and housekeeping). - Not sure whether my booking was entitled for breakfast or not. During checked-in i was told that include breakfast but our room was not in the list at the restaurant. - Very near to Kayu Original Nasi Kandar (walking distance). - Room is very big, spacious and clean. Suitable for family of 5 with children. Exceed my expectation.

The hotel is nice, the rooms are clean, and the front desk staff are very welcoming. The hotel breakfast is so-so, not many choices. The hotel is close to the airport. But there are no good restaurants around.

Confortable, spacious room. Kind, attentive staff. No room service, surprising for a full service hotel. Extremely difficult to even do this review-no internet connection. Wifi was extremely poor, making it impossible to work and to manage issues that required internet connectivity.

Probably ok for a night or 2

5 night family stay in 2 rooms. The keys & lifts were very annoying, keys had to be reprogrammed daily and didn’t work in the lifts more than half the time. The wifi worked sporadically so we used our own data. Only ate in house once as the food was bland and the nuts were rancid. The hotel was clean, beds comfortable & the staff friendly but we will not be staying here again as not worth what we paid.
