This property isn't luxurious but their customer service is very good. This is perfect for a comfortable sleep only. They have a pool, sauna, gym but they're basic too. No regrets on my part of booking this.

This property gives a great bang for your buck. The price is wonderful for a three bedroom two bath apartment with a pool, gym and other games like ping-pong and pool. Staff are helpful, friendly and responsive. The apartments are comfortable and the AC is fantastic! You won't be hot in these apartments. The rooms were clean and included a washer and area for drying clothes. Cleaning service is available when requested. No cable television but they are connected to internet so you can watch whatever service you use such as Netflix, Prime Video or Youtube. The kitchen has basic items in it and a microwave. Water is available on another floor or for a small fee you can buy a water bottle for a provided dispenser. Breakfast is available but not plentiful and not that great. But, free snacks are available any time. The condition of equipment in the gym, pool table and ping pong table are poor and available bicycles. They are not maintained and some things are falling apart. The building is old and the walls are not painted and kept nice. There seems to be no budget for maintenance. Windows in the apartments are old and don't seal well, letting in the heat from the outside. Overall, however, this is a comfortable and friendly place to stay. It is a great value for the money.

The worst apartment so called suite i ever stayed with my family. Its so dirty, the smell of old apartment. The plate is dirty.. The bathtub we need to clean ourself because its too dirty. Most of the things inside the apartment need to change. Oven kettle toaster the condition is too bad too dirty! Eventho we are not using it. Not worth for money.

I get free upgrade to 2bedded room suite. Actually everything is good. Soft pillow and bed, got washing machine, refrigerator, sofa, tv, cutleries, kettle. BUT its too dusty! I can see the pile of dust everywhere. Dead cockroach too. I have to clean the rooms myself. Been requesting for room service but no action taken. And the toilet seat is broken 😅 I wish the rooms have been cleaner, it would be perfect!

Terible hotel, dusty hotel, old outdated, need refurbished, like haunted hotel, bathroom a lot stain, mattress is broken, not a good place to stay, request for towel take 2 hours to reach, when check out give wrong deposit to other unit, make me wait more than 30min to settle check out. The unit was old, bathrooms were not in the best conditions. Yes, we got a whole unit to ourselves : a double room, living room, kitchen and bathrooms. But they were not in their glossy conditions (and dusty in many places). Hence, with the same amount of money, I'd suggest to get elsewhere that offers just a room; a clean and nice one (if you dont need the living room and kitchen). The first unit that we were offered has a musty, old building kind of smell. We asked for a change but they said all units are the same. (Fortunately) the light in the bedroom was not working and they were not able to fix it, hence we were offered a change. The second unit was slightly better as it did not have the musty smell. But in terms of conditions and furniture-age, i think they are equally old.

This hotel definitely is NOT a 4-star resort as posted by hotels.com!! We stayed at 2-bedroom suite 604 and 1-bedroom suite 607. Both suites are terribly dirty and run down! Hair found in the master bathroom bath tub. No shower curtain or door in all bathrooms. Shower heads are half functioning with water spread over the tub and wet bathroom floor. Molds are all around the bathtub and the vanity sinks! Stove and fridge are extremely old and run down. Molds also found along the baseboard along the wall in the living room as well. It was a terrible experience for us. We will never return to this place again!!

Service is worse. I messaged one Susan 3 times, but she never replies. Lift was not in good working condition. A few other guests also complaints on the bad service. Property has no real problem, but service is worse than our previous visit. Guest needs to go down to ask for service.
